talk on the phone and be connected to the Internet at the same
time.
-What are the advantages over dial-up? No busy
signals, much faster, doesn't tie up a phone line to be
online.
-Will it save me money if I have a 2nd
line? If you
have a second line installed, you could cancel that line and have DSL
installed on your main line for about the same monthly
fee.
-What equipment will I need
for DSL? You will need a DSL modem. There are several modem options
available and we can help you decide which one will work for your
situation when you place your order.
-Is it hard to install & setup? No, there are
easy to follow instructions included with your modem kit from Qwest. And
if you need it, we will be happy to provideTechnical Support to help you
getup and running.
-How will I be billed? The
Qwest line charge will appear on your
monthly phone bill andthere is aseperate Internet service fee from us each month.

Yes, you can connect more than one
